The Oaks has an 11 month Licence (1 Feb to 31 Dec), set in a scenic location, attractively positioned with adequate
parking
space. Each plot has a fenced garden area which provides a more secluded personal space in which to spend your free time.
Our site fees for this area of the park are due as at 1 September and can be paid in two installments (September and March).
The fees from 1st Sep 2010- 31st August 2011 are £1,859.00
(or two payments of £929.50) and they include Water/Sewerage, Rates and refuse disposal.
