The Oaks has an 11 month Licence (1 Feb to 31 Dec), set in a scenic location, attractively positioned with adequate
parking
space. Each plot has a fenced garden area which provides a more secluded personal space in which to spend your free time.
We have recently improved the roads, and finally had tarmac laid just before Christmas, as well as tidying up the pathways and new street lights.
Our site fees for this area of the park are due as at 1 September and can be paid in two installments (September and March).
The fees for 2007 are £1502.50 (or two payments of £751.25) and they include Water/Sewerage, Rates and refuse disposal.
The fees from 1 Sep 2008 are £1652.50 (or two payments of £826.25) and they include Water/Sewerage, Rates and refuse disposal.
