Owning a Holiday Home on our Park
Forget-Me-Not is a family run Holiday Park set in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside on the edge of the Northumberland National Park. It is a perfect location for those who want to ‘get away from it all’ with spectacular views of the Simonside and Cheviot Hills yet still close enough to the city of Newcastle if you like the ‘hustle and bustle’ of one of Europe’s most energetic cities.
Forget-Me-Not has some of the most spacious, fully serviced plots in Northumberland. The Glades and the Oaks are set in scenic locations, attractively positioned with adequate parking space. There is a choice between a 10 month or 11 month licence.
A wide range of New and Pre-owned Holiday Homes are available and our Sales Advisor will be happy to help you choose and purchase the Holiday Home of your choice. No obligation quotations are available on request should we not have the make and model that you would like.
Occasionally, customers wish to sell their holiday home privately, for which the park receives a commission (15%) + VAT on the Commission. Private sales do not normally include site fees or insurance so please ask a member of Reception staff to give you an idea of any additional costs, to view or for more information about included items. Please note that should you wish to have a private sale sited and connected on an alternative pitch, this will incur additional costs from the park as you are paying the current owner for the holiday home, always check with a member of staff. You will be required to have skirting erected around the base of the holiday home if it does not already have it, which can be done by yourselves, or by our site staff (which would be invoiced).
The prices of all our new Holiday Homes include the following: Delivery, Siting, Connection, 2 x 47kg Gas bottles, Automatic Gas Changeover Valve, Skirting around the base of the Holiday Home and a standard TV Aerial.
