Occasionally, customers wish to sell their holiday home privately, for which the Park receives a commission (15%) + VAT on the Commission. Private sales do not normally include site fees or insurance, so please ask a member of the Reception team to give you an idea of any additional costs, to view or for more information about included items.
Please note: should you wish to have a private sale sited and connected on an alternative pitch, this will incur siting costs from the park as you are paying the current owner for the holiday home, always check with a member of staff for details.
The prices of all our New Lodges/Holiday Homes include the following: Delivery, Siting, Connection, 2 x 47kg Gas bottles, Automatic Gas Changeover Valve, Skirting around the base of the Lodge/Holiday Home and a Digital TV Aerial.
The Oaks (11 Month Licence Area)
The Oaks has an 11 month Licence (1 Feb to 31 Dec), set in a scenic location, attractively positioned with adequate parking space. Each plot has a fenced garden area which provides a more secluded personal space in which to spend your free time.
Our site fees for this area of the park are due as at 1 September and can be paid in two installments (September and March).
The fees from September 2010 to August 2011 include Water/Sewerage, Rates and refuse disposal. View Prices

The Glades (10 month Licence Area)
The Glades has a 10 month Licence (1 Mar to 31 Dec), and has been designed in small cul-de-sac's so that you don't look directly into the adjacent holiday home.
In this part of the park you don't have to worry about cutting the grass as we do it for you, leaving you more free time to enjoy yourselves.
Our site fees for this area of the park are due as at 1 June and can be paid in two installments (June and December).

The New Cedars (11 Month Licence Area)
